At Dareiss, every order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it’s placed to the moment it reaches your doorstep. Our goal is to ensure that your piece of elegance arrives swiftly, safely, and seamlessly.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within India.
At this time, international shipping is not available on the website.

Order Types and Dispatch Timelines
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order items: Dispatched within 10 working days ( If selected size is not in stock )

Order Processing
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 4:00 PM IST.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.

COD ( Cash on Delivery ) Orders
- COD orders require a 20% advance before processing. 
- The remaining 80% can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
- If a COD order is cancelled within 12 hours, a credit note for the advance amount will be issued, valid till 6 months from the date of issue.

Shipping Charges
- For orders, shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout.

responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Partners
We use Bluedart and Delhivery as our trusted shipping partners. Our goods are insured with transit insurance for enhanced safety.

At Dareiss, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Due to the exclusive 
nature of our garments, we maintain a no-returns policy—but we’re always here to ensure 
your experience is graceful and seamless.

Returns
We do not accept returns, except in the rare event that the item received is:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Not meeting our quality standards.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@dareiss.com, 
along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.

Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange policy under the following conditions:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item or size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@dareiss.com with your order number and 
request details.

Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations are expected within 12 hours of placing the order through an email or a call ( for both in-stock and made-to-order items )
- No cancellations are accepted after the 12-hour window. 

Credit Notes
If you choose not to exchange your piece for another item from the current collection, we will
issue a store credit that can be redeemed within 6 months.
This credit is linked to your email address and is non-transferable.

Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Dareiss holds the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item fails to meet the 
above conditions.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the item 
received was damaged or defective.
