At Dareiss, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Due to the exclusive
nature of our garments, we maintain a no-returns policy—but we’re always here to ensure
your experience is graceful and seamless.
Returns
We do not accept returns, except in the rare event that the item received is:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Not meeting our quality standards.
In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@dareiss.com,
along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
Exchanges
We offer a 30-day exchange policy under the following conditions:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item or size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@dareiss.com with your order number and
request details.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellations are expected within 12 hours of placing the order through an email or a call ( for both in-stock and made-to-order items )
- No cancellations are accepted after the 12-hour window.
Credit Notes
If you choose not to exchange your piece for another item from the current collection, we will
issue a store credit that can be redeemed within 6 months.
This credit is linked to your email address and is non-transferable.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Dareiss holds the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item fails to meet the
above conditions.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the item
received was damaged or defective.
