1. Bust
Measure around the fullest part, placing the measuring tape close up, under the arms
2. Waist
Locate the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button
3. Hip
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping it level and parallel to the floor.
